It's here! The meditation for ADHD course 💫
After reading all the ADHD books, reading up on the findings of the top researchers in the field, diving into the content of the top ADHD coaches, reviewing the top focus and attention experts…
After diving down every ADHD rabbit hole on the internet; all the YouTube channels, the Facebook and Reddit groups, the websites and newsletters…
After two decades of studying meditation, and nearly as much time studying psychotherapy practices…
After creating an outline for a super comprehensive course, and then realizing it’s WAY too complicated, and so really boiling it down to the core most effective strategies…
It’s finally here. Â
Meditation for ADHD: The Course.
There’s nothing that could feel more personal to me. My struggles with ADHD were intense, and being someone who was super obsessed with eastern spirituality, self-development, psychology and psychotherapy — I was a man on a mission.Â
It was really about solving my own problems at first. But then I pursued psychotherapy as a career, and supportive friends seriously urged me to teach meditation, which I was reluctant to (and insecure about) given my own ADHD struggles.
But those struggles made me extremely knowledgeable about meditation, mostly because of a relentless pursuit to find the practices that would actually chill my mind out. Â
And eventually I did. Â
I still struggle, but nowhere near how I used to. I can honestly say my ADHD symptoms have subsided about 80%. Â
They are very manageable now, and only get bad when shit is really hitting the fan in life. But even then, I can cope pretty well (my girlfriend may take issue with this statement, but I stand by it).
I can’t promise results, but I can say this: the skills taught in this course work universally. I’m really hesitant to make bold statements like that, as I was always the guy that stuff didn’t work for. Â
I was the guy that was perpetually stuck, despite my efforts.
But these practices really do work. Each person will have their own experience, their own rate of progress, but if you do them, you will progress.
And above all, I know that half the challenge is just to get people do anything in the first place. Let’s face it, there’s a lot of stuff we know we could or should do that would benefit us.
It’s just that most of that stuff is dead boring. Or even worse, it can be difficult, stressful, complicated, and make us face deeply held insecurities.
It’s for this reason that I really tried to make this course as engaging as possible. The practices are short and to the point. There is actually something to do in each one. There’s a learning that happens, and that can be stimulating. Â
I did my best with this, and there’s nothing left to do now but present it to the world. So here it is. My meditation for ADHD course.Â
4 modules, plus a bonus. Watch the overview video to get a sense of the content. Or just buy it right away, because once you spend the money on it, you know there’s a better chance that you’ll actually do it. Â
The course isn’t something you just go through once. It’s meant to be a resource you can turn to. Especially in difficult times, when you’re feeling restless and overwhelmed, when you need to get shit done but you just can’t seem to focus!
This course offers the strategies to get you through the difficult times. And also the practices to train the skills that will enhance nearly every aspect of your life. Â
Alright. That’s what I wanted to say.
But one more thing. I want to hear from you. Especially if you do the course. If something didn’t work for you, if you got stuck, or if you have any ideas on how I could improve the course, please let me know.
This course was a labor of love. And I really want it to be the best it can be. So I’m more than willing to add more practices or modules if people are calling for it. Â
Ok well thank you again for your attention, because attention is oh so precious. One of the most valuable resources we have. Take it seriously, but not too seriously.
Lots of love,
JudeÂ
